Validity pricing
There our products are imported from Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, the U.S.A. and Japan,
currency and transport charges are very important to determinate the end-user price.
To provide you, always, a correct pricing; we recalculate our prices every three months.
You will find the current prices (21% VAT included) on our website.
Repairs
This service is only available for customers from Belgium and Luxemburg.
Please, check our Dutch or French website.
Transport
We, usually, ship our products by UPS.
If we have your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation to track the shipment.
In Belgium and Luxemburg, shipment is free of charge.
Other countries; the transport and all costs that are related to the transport are at the expenses of the customer.
Payment conditions
On invoice
payment on invoice and this within the thirty days on the invoice date (only available for Belgium and Luxemburg).
On proforma
Prepayment after reception of proforma invoice.
By proforma you obtain a payment discount of 4%.
Attention: this way of payment is obliged for orders of outside Belgium and Luxembourg.
Payment facilities
At present you can pay only by means of transfer on our banc account.
